I spoke with a very helpful gentlemen called mark Woodhouse who was extremely reassuring. Engineer came same day and cleared the blockage within impressive timings. There was no call out added to my final bill which was a bonus! Very satisfied with my first experience with Premier Drainage Group! Highly Recommend!
