They explained what needed doing beforehand and how they were going to do it and showed us the cleared drain when it was finished. All round they did a speedy and good job.

I spoke with a very helpful gentlemen called mark Woodhouse who was extremely reassuring. Engineer came same day and cleared the blockage within impressive timings. There was no call out added to my final bill which was a bonus! Very satisfied with my first experience with Premier Drainage Group! Highly Recommend!
